Here's the heads-up about our schedule over Christmas and New Year.

Final orders will leave us on Thursday 21st December, with all orders up to Wednesday 20th, making their way to you. 🎁

Any orders and inquiries between December 21st and January 7th will be on hold until January 8th, when we reopen our offices.

We ship within the UK, Europe and the USA. 

Orders within the UK have a standard delivery charge of £3.00, or free over £15.00. 
All international orders are charged at £10.00

 All international orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked delivery. 

Orders will be dealt with and processed within 3-5 working days. Once processed, delivery time within the United Kingdom is 3-5 business days, and 7-14 business days internationally.

Please keep in mind that during the holidays and busier periods, this time may vary and can take up to 14 days.

Heavier items may take longer especially when travelling through customs from the UK. Please allow time for this if ordering for a specific date.

If you are yet to receive your order past this estimated delivery time please contact us with your order number and we can look into the issue further.

We are not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs or transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fee’s or customs charges once the package has exited the United Kingdom.
